These Terms of Service govern your use of GigRush, the online gig marketplace platform operated at gigrush.xyz. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
GigRush is a marketplace that connects employers who need tasks completed with workers who complete them for payment. GigRush is not a party to any contract between employers and workers, and is not an employer of workers on the platform.
You must be 18 or older to create a GigRush account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
Employers fund task payment before a worker begins. Funds are held in escrow by GigRush and released to the worker when the employer approves the submitted work. If the employer does not respond within their stated approval window, funds auto-release to the worker. GigRush charges employers a 10% platform fee. Workers pay no platform fee and receive 100% of the stated task amount.
By claiming a task, workers agree to deliver work that matches the task brief within the stated deadline. Workers must not plagiarise, misrepresent their work, or submit content that violates third-party rights. Failure to deliver may result in account suspension.
Employers agree to post accurate task descriptions, fund escrow before workers begin, and respond to submitted work within their stated approval window. Employers must not require workers to perform illegal activities or violate third-party rights.
Disputes must be raised through the GigRush dispute system within 24 hours of work submission. GigRush will review and issue a decision within 4 business hours. GigRush's decision is final for disputes under $500. For disputes above $500, parties may escalate to independent mediation.
GigRush is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to GigRush in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of GigRush after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

GigRush is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We share your information only in these circumstances: with the other party in a task transaction (e.g., a worker's name and email are shared with the employer after claiming), with Stripe for payment processing, with law enforcement when legally required, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell your personal data.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after deletion for legal compliance.
GigRush uses only essential session cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
