These Terms govern your use of GigRush. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
GigRush is a marketplace connecting employers who need tasks completed with workers who complete them. GigRush is not a party to any contract between employers and workers.
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for maintaining account security. Provide accurate information during registration.
Workers may submit proposals to any open task. Employers review all proposals and select one worker. GigRush does not guarantee selection for any proposal.
After a worker is selected, the employer funds escrow. Funds release when the employer approves the submitted work. GigRush charges employers a 10% platform fee. Workers pay no fee.
Workers selected for a task agree to deliver work matching the brief within the stated deadline. Employers agree to respond to submitted work within their approval window.
Disputes must be raised through GigRush within 24 hours of work submission. GigRush will issue a decision within 4 business hours.
